For teachers

Positive Discipline in the Classroom
Melanie Miller will be teaching a 5 week course starting on February 17th from 4:15 to 7:15 for 5 weeks.

For parent educators

Teaching Parenting the Positive Discipline Way.
Jody is a Certified Positive Discipline Associate and Lead Trainer. This is a 16 hour course. Melanie Miller will be teaching a course in February in Kirkland, I will teach again in May.

For Parents:

Jody teaches parent education for parents of all ages of children. Classes are usually 14 hours (7 weeks x 2 hours per week)

Parenting from the Heart while Holding your Ground.
For parents of any age children
Tuesday evenings Jan 19, 2010 - March 2 2010: 6:30 - 8:30 PM
Fee: $75 per person. Sliding scale available.
Location: Community School of West Seattle.
9450 22nd Ave. SW

Child care is available. $10 for one child, $15 for two. Includes snacks and movie.
Register early: There are only 30 spaces available for this class.

One on one consultation

Jody provides coaching by phone or in person for people who have already taken one of the classes. If you would like short term, solution focused coaching, please contact .

Community Talks

Jody regularly speaks to different preschools, PTAs, and other community groups. Many of these talks are not open to the public, but those listed below are either completely open to the public, or by invitation from a contact person whose name is provided.
